As per the article 11 of the PDP Law, the data subjects are entitled to:

  •          learn if their personal data are processed;
  •          request for information if their personal data are processed,
  •          learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and if the same are used for the intended purposes,
  •          learn the identity of such third parties, to whom the personal data are transferred locally or internationally,
  •          request for the correction of the personal data if processed deficiently or mistakenly and, that such third parties, to whom the personal data are transferred, are notified accordingly,
  •          request for the deletion or destruction of the personal data if the reasons to process the same are no longer valid although the personal data were previously processed as per the PDP Law and other pertinent legislations and, that such third parties, to whom the personal data are transferred, are notified accordingly,
  •          object to any negative consequences against them as a result of analyses of the personal data exclusively by means of automatic systems,
  •          request for the indemnification in case of any loss and damage against them due to the illegal processing of the personal data.



Your application will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within a period of time not longer than thirty (30) days if you provide us with your requests concerning the rights listed above by means of the methods as indicated on the Data Subject Application Form of Yataş Yatak ve Yorgan Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi available on principle, no fee is requested in connection with these requests, however, the Company reserves the right to ask for a fee based on the tariff of fees as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.


The Data Subject warrants that the information within the subject of this Information Notice is complete, accurate and up-to-date and, that in case of any change therein, the Data Subject will immediately update. The Company will not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever if the Data Subject fails to provide the updated information.


The Data Subject declares that the Data Subject may not make use of the operation of the Website in a full extent if the Data Subject submits a requests that may result in the failure of the Company to use the personal data of the Data Subject and, that the Data Subject will assume all types of responsibilities that may arise accordingly.
